Submission Process

  • STEP 1, Fill out the Submission Form below. You must specify if you want your items Auctioned or sold at Fixed Prices in the drop down menu.

    • If auctioning, you must specify if you want your items auctioned Live on eBay or through eBay 7-day Auction. 

    • Items are only eligible for eBay Auction if you are sending in 100 singles/slabs or more. Maximum of 1000 singles or 300 Slabs per stream.

    • If listing at a Fixed Price, you must specify if you want your items listed on our Online Site to take advantage of our reduced fees or on our eBay Storefront. 

    • Provide a list of all cards including Name, Cert #, and Grade, either through message box or file upload. (This is mandatory for submissions over 25 cards). Template attached. eBay Live streams DO NOT require a list just total Qty of singles or slabs, and your contact info. 

    • If Submitting for Fixed Price listing, please provide an accurate list of all requested prices per items.​​​ We do not list Fixed Price listings over 20% of fair market value, we suggest listing items at 80-85% of fair market value for a quick sale. 

    • If no prices are provided, we will assume it is an Auction and list it as such. 

    • By filling out the consignment form you are accepting our Rates, Policies, and Terms & Conditions.

  • STEP 2, Package your product and send to the below address:

    • ​USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL: Name: TSV Address: 502 W. Montgomery St. PMB #710 Willis, TX 77378. 

    • If listing on eBay or our site, the product should be packaged in order of the list submitted, if the submission is over 25 cards and not in order an additional $25 fee per 100 cards will be applied for handling. 

    • ​All items being listed on eBay, or our site must be received by Saturday to list for the following Saturday. 

    • All Lots being auctioned live on eBay must be received by Monday to be auctioned the following Sunday Live. 

  • STEP 3, wait for items to be sold and receive your Payout.

    • We pay out via Wire, Zelle, or PayPal, Wire (wire subject to additional fees).

    • Payouts are sent approximately 10 business days after payments are received from the buyer for eBay Listings. 

    • Payouts are sent 48 hours after payments are received and cleared from the buyer for our online site, and approximately 48 Hours after Live Stream on eBay.

Important Info

  • eBay Live Stream Consignments only require you to provide contact information, total cards, and tracking information, no list is necessary. 

  • We reserve the Right to refuse ANY product. 

  • Any items deemed Unauthentic will be sent back and a fee of $20 will be applied per item.

  • We Do Not accept Sealed Product of any kind at this moment.

  • We Do Not accept any unlicensed, altered, or marked cards whatsoever. 

  • We Do Not accept any damaged slabs, if damaged in transit to us, seller will be notified and advise if they want the item Auctioned or Reserve Priced and listed as Damaged.  

  • We Do Not auction lots all slabs are listed individually.

  • If a full Card list with the required information is not included in the submission form The Slab Vault will not be liable for any claims of "Missing Items". 

  • If payment from buyer is not received within 72 hours for eBay listings the item will be cancelled and relisted, you will not be charged a relisting fee.

  • If any orders are requested to be cancelled, acceptance will be at our discretion.
