We offer 2 options for TCG Consignment Auctions. Ebay Weekly Auction, or Whatnot App Live Stream Auction. Consignor will advise their choice. All Sports slabs will be listed on eBay to give the consignor the best opportunity at a maximum payout.

WE PAY ALL EBAY & SITE FEES INCLUDING SHIPPING TO THE BUYER. Ex: item sells on eBay for $250 you receive 82% of that price, $205.
Auction Rate Structure for Whatnot Live Auctions

If you are requesting your items to be auctioned live on the Whatnot App, your submission MUST be greater than or equal to 100 slabs (minimum).

We will ONLY accept PSA, BGS, or CGC slabs for this option to ensure the best opportunity for the consignor.

We will host a stream specifically for your items, 300 slabs maximum per stream. Your items will not be co-mingled with anyone else’s slabs.

A flat fee of $100 is applied on top of the 5%, per stream.

If the consignor wants giveaways to be run, they will be responsible for paying for the giveaway product & shipping fees (negotiable).

Slab Auction Rate Structure for eBay Live Stream

The entire lot is subject to a 12.5% fee plus an additional flat fee of $100 per stream, AFTER EBAY FEES. Minimum charge of $500 per stream. Maximum of 250 slabs per stream, any amount greater will be subject to additional fees.
Singles Auction Rate Structure for eBay Live Stream

If you are requesting your items to be auctioned live on the eBay, your submission MUST be greater than or equal to 100 singles (minimum) & 1000 (maximum).

We will not accept any unlicensed Pokémon products.

Your consignment may be co-mingled with other consignors depending on overall quantity and quality sent in.

All auctions will be Sudden Death $1 starting bid (at our discretion).

A 12.5% fee on top of whatnot fees applies, plus a $0.10 fee per auction. There is a minimum charge of $500 per consignment excluding the per auction fee of $0.10.

If the consignor wants giveaways to be run, they will be responsible for paying for the giveaway product & shipping fees (negotiable).

The entire lot is subject to a 12.5% fee per stream, AFTER EBAY FEES. Plus $0.10 per auction. Minimum charge of $500 per stream. Minimum of 100 singles & Maximum of 1000 singles per stream, any amount greater will be subject to additional fees.

Items selling between $101 and $1000 are subject to a 18% consignment fee, listing fee is waived. Minimum charge of $19.
$1001-$5000
19%
Items selling between $1001 and $3000 are subject to a 15% consignment fee, listing fee is waived. Minimum charge of $151.
$5001 & Up
18%
Items selling above $5000 are subject to a 10% consignment fee, listing fee is waived. Minimum Charge of $501.
Fixed Price (Buy it Now) Rate Structure

If you are requesting items to be listed at a Fixed Price, ALL price tiers will be charged a $2.99 fee per item, this fee is to cover listing and storage.

If a Fixed Price listing does not sell withing 100 days, the consignor will advise how to proceed.

If the consignor requests the items to be shipped back to them, they will be charged 50% of the selling rate applicable to their items based on their initial Fixed Price request + shipping.

If the Consignor wants the item relisted after 100 days, they will be charged $2.99 per item as a relisting fee.

Items selling above $5000 are subject to a 10% consignment fee plus an additional $2.99 listing fee per item for eBay, or 6% + $2.99 on theslabvault.com. Minimum Charge of $504 on eBay, $303 on theslabvault.com.
